Terms and methods of delivery:

Delivery of the product to the customer is payable. The shipping cost depends on the form of order fulfillment.

Shipping costs within Poland:

Kurier DPD - 17,90 zł
Kurier DPD pobranie - 19,90 zł
Kurier DHL - 19,90 zł
Inpost paczkomaty - 14,90 zł

The product delivery time is up to 5 business days, but most often it is 48 hours from the moment the payment is credited to our account. If you do not receive your shipment within the time specified above, please contact our office.

Shipping abroad:

Global Express within EU  - 11,60 €

US shipping costs - 13,49 €

Attention! Please check the package upon receipt. If you find damage during transport, please draw up a damage report with the courier and contact our office.

  • How to exchange a product?

    First of all, contact us at +48 692 614 073 or by e-mail at info@clare.pro and inform about it. Wait until we reply. After that, you’ll be ask to check if the product you wish to exchange for is found within our commercial offer. Place an order on this product; you will have a guarantee that the product will not be sold out, and within the comments on the order write: EXCHANGE. The cost connected with the exchange will be covered by the purchaser. Send us the exchanged product along with the proof of purchase (without it the exchange will not be possible) as well as a confirmation of the payment of shipping costs, on the address which can be found in the Contact tab.

  • How to return a product?

    Withdrawal from the distance and off-premises contracts.
    As a consumer you have a option to withdraw from a contract made via Online Shop within 14 days without cause.
    Time for withdrawing from the Agreement expires upon 14 days of the date on which the Client got into possession of item(s) or on which a third person other than a courier and indicated by the Client, got into possession of such item(s). In order to execute the right to withdraw from the agreement, you must notify us about your decision in a way of an explicit declaration sent by letter to the physical or e-mail address.

    An example agreement withdrawal form template is included as appendix no. 2 to the Consumer Rights Act additionally available at the Online Store's website in the bookmark about withdrawal from the agreement. The Consumer may use the template form, however it is not obligatory.
    You have the right to withdraw from the contract before the expiry date of the withdrawal stated in contract.
    In the event of withdrawal from this contract, we will refund all payments received from you, including the costs of delivering the item(s) to you, except for any additional costs following from the fact that the Customer has selected a delivery mode other than the cheapest ordinary shipment mode offered by the Internet Store. We will refund payments immediately and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to return an item.
    The Customer has to send to us goods immediately and at each time no later than within 14 days as of the day when the Customer has notified us of the withdrawal from this agreement. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the expiry of the period of fourteen (14) days. If not met you will have to pay for the cost of returning the item(s) to us. You are responsible only for decrease of value of a product as a result of using it beyond what was necessary to make sure of the nature, features and the functioning of the thing.

  • How to place a complaint about a product?

    Dear Customer,
    We care for your rights, including the right to lodge a complaint. Statutory warranty process: The legal basis and the extent of the Seller's liability for physical or legal defects in item(s) are set forth under the civil Code. We are obliged to deliver the product without defects. We are liable under the warranty if the physical defect of the product is found within two years from the date of its delivery to the buyer. Important! We are liable liable for physical defects that existed at the time of passing the risk to the Costumer or occurred due to a cause existing already in the Good at that time.

    Please include:
    (1) information and circumstances regarding the subject of the complaint, in particular the type and date of the defect;
    (2) a request for a means of bringing the product into conformity with the sales contract or a statement of price reduction
    or withdrawal from the sales contract;
    (3) Your contact details – this will facilitate and speed up the processing of your complaint.
    Remember that the requirements given in the previous sentences are in the form of recommendations only and do not affect the effectiveness of complaints filed without the recommended description of the complaint.
    When submitting a complaint, you can use our sample complaint form, but it is not mandatory.
